Latest December MTN Data Working Data Trick

 

We're here with another MTN data trick for our readers on the search on how to get free unlimited Internet. You don't need any SSH for VPN app, SNI hosts, nor do you need to sign up for OceanSSH to get the trick running.

This trick is similar to the last MTN data trick that we posted here some weeks ago. The procedures are the same, except for just a few things in the setup.

So this free Internet data trick works totally for free and doesn't require the MTN users to have Ha Tunnel Plus VPN for it to work. Once you activate the free data, you will be able to use it on your Android, iPhone, PC, and even on your MTN router.

Unlike some of the old data trick that we used to post some years back, which required an Android smartphone before it can be gotten, this free data can be gotten even using your regular feature or button phone.

The procedures to get the free data is pretty simple, follow the steps below and enjoy the trick while it lasts.

Requirements:
1. An MTN Uganda SIM card
2. Your regular button phone
3. No tunneling app needed
4. No configuration file is needed either

How To Get Free MTN Data At No Cost:

1. From your button phone, dial *157*1# to migrate to MTN Pulse

2. Now dial *#06# and your IMEI number will appear. Copy it on a piece of paper because you will need it later!! This is very important.

3. Now dial *#9646633# to bring up Engineer Mode

4. Go to Paraset

5. Now replace the first 10 IMEI numbers you see with these 10 digits 359052688. Please, don't delete the"a" that appears before the IMEI digits. Leave the "a" there.

6. Restart your phone for the changes to take effect.

7. When your phone comes on. Dial *131*4# to check your data balance and your 2GB free worth of data should be smiling at you.

Note: If it doesn't work, dial *157*1# to migrate to MTN Pulse and then repeat the process  

How To Revert Back To Your Old IMEI

Follow the procedures as shown above. However, this time around you will use your complete IMEI number to replace the one that you will see when you open Engineer Mode.
