Week Day Tricks: GLO Nigeria Free Net Internet Trick

This free Internet trick is for Techfoe readers on the GLO network in Nigeria using tunneling apps such as proxy Tunnel, Psiphon and others.

This free net trick uses the GLO WTF (WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook) bundle to give users free net access. Though you will have to subscribe to the WTF bundle, you will be paying a very amount of money to get the data when compared to the regular data bundle.

With this trick, you will be able to get 500MB instead of 150MB when you spend 100. This trick was confirmed to be working as at the time of this post without issues. We've made the setup for this trick easy for everyone get running on their device without issues.

Also, we didn't lock the settings and limit it to Android users alone. We made the settings open for everyone to access, including those on other OS platforms to port to the tunneling apps of their choice. Do the following below to activate the WTF bundle.

1. Dial *777# from your phone on your GLO SIM card.

2. Select 1 for Data, and then select 1 to buy data plan.

3. Next, click on 1 or 2 depending on the users if they want it to auto renew or not.

4. Select 6 for Social Bundles

5. Select 1 for WTF

6. Select 1 for 500MB and you are done

Once you are done with the above, follow the settings as show in this and enjoy the free net access. You can renew on the cheap when you exhaust your data bundle.

Requirements:
1. A GLO SIM card with zero data and call credit
2. An Android device, iOS or PC.
3. Your Proxy Tunnel or any tunneling app of your choice (Find the link below)
4. The configuration settings

Procedures: 
1. Click here to download Proxy Tunnel or  here to download any other tunneling app of your choice.
2. Install the app and then connect
3. Configure as seen below:
       Built-in SSH: Tick
       Tun2Socks: Tick
       Disable Timeouts: Don't Tick
       Tunnel Mode: Tick
4. Select the server of your choice
5. Click on Start and then give it some seconds to connect. When it does, minimize and enjoy free net access.

Procedures:
1. Ensure to use your default Access Point settings.
2. Click here to download Psiphon or any tunneler app of your choice.
3. Install the app and then open
4. Go to Options, and then click on More Options.
5. Now configure as instructed below:
    Connect through an HTTP Proxy: Don't Tick
6. Return back and connect, and enjoy free Internet access on the GLO network

Also, you do this at step 5 in case you encounter issues with your connections

Connect through an HTTP Proxy: Tick
    Use the following settings: Tick
       Host Address: www.facebook.com or Twitter.com
       Port: 8080 or 80

If you are finding it hard to connect, simply subscribe to any Facebook package and follow the steps for it work. Know that subscribing to a Facebook package is not necessary unless you are having difficulties connecting.
