The Nokia 7.3 was supposed to be released in September but wasn't because HMD Global, who are the makers of Nokia phones wasn't done with the testing. With the mass production of the device to begin in September or October.
The shift in the launch date means the Nokia 7.3 will be launched in November alongside the Nokia 9.3 PureView, and might be joined by the Nokia 6.3.
As per reports, the Nokia 7.3 will be a 5G mid-ranger device powered by a Snapdragon 690 SoC will reportedly come with a high refresh rate screen of 90Hz or 120Hz. There will also be a quad camera with ZEISS optics (48MP main, 12MP ultrawide and 2MP modules).

For the Nokia 6.3, the device will be a 4G alternative to the Nokia 7.3 and is expected to sport either a Snapdragon 670 or 675 chipset with less RAM. As for the refresh rate, chances are very slim the device will have such.
Finally, the flagship Nokia 9.3 PureView will sport a Snapdragon 865 SoC, 120Hz OLED display, 108Mp main and 64MP secondary sensors with ZEISS optics, and will be capable of 8K video capture.
According to NokiaPoweruser, the Nokia 9.3 PureView will come with a 4500 mAh battery with Qi wireless charging, 6GB/8GB LPPDDR4X RAM, Corning Gorilla Glass 6, 120Hz refresh rate, 6.29-inch QHD+pOLED display, and more.
