Infinix Mobility is reportedly gearing to launch a new device in the Zero series called the Infinix Zero 8. Surprisingly, the Infinix Zero 8 comes with some pretty interesting specs that isn't commonly seen on Infinix phones.
Spotted on Google Play Console listing, the Infinix Zero 8 will be the latest device to arrive in the Zero series following the Zero 6, after skipping the Zero 7. Infinix launched the Zero 8 last year but is re-introducing the 2020 model.

According to the specifications on Google Play Console listing (via MySmartPrice), the Infinix Hot 8 whose model number is X687 will come with a 1080x2460 pixels display, 8GB RAM, 128Gb internal storage and will be powered by a MediaTek MT6785 (Helio G90) SoC that is accompanied by the Mali G76 GPU.
The device will run on Android 10 and will sport a dual-punch selfie camera setup
To add to the specifications, a leaked promotional video posted on Twitter shows the device to be in two variants; Infinix Zero 8 and Infinix Zero 8i. The device will sport a whopping 48MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor. At the rear there's a primary 64MP camera sensor.
The phone will come with an Ultra Night Mode and 960fps slow motion recording.
However, the video mentions the Helio G90T SoC instead of the Helio G90 as seen in the Google Play Console listing, which means the Infinix Zero 8i will sport the Helio G90T SoC while the Zero 8 will sport the Helio G90 SoC.
The device is expected to launch late this month or later come September.
