With the release of Android 10, many Android users are eager to update to the latest Android software. However, users won’t be able to automatically update their smartphone’s Android version since the software maker and device manufacturer are two different people, except for those using a Google Pixel (whose device and software is manufactured by Google).
For Android users who own a device from Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi, Tecno, Motorola, HTC, etc., will have to wait for their device manufacturers to tweak the new software to suit the hardware of the device they manufacture, test and ensure its stable before rolling it out.

A flip through the list
shows the absence of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy Note 8 (maybe Samsung
have decided to kill update support for the two smartphones). However, we just
hope Samsung rolls out the Android 10 software update for its 2017 flagship
devices before killing update in the future.
Another huge absence on
the list is the Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 10 5G and the Galaxy Tab S6. As we all
know, 5G is a very deal in 2019 and it will be very strange for Samsung not to
roll out any update for the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 5G.
Whether the list gets
updated or not, I know for sure that Samsung will roll out updates for these
two 5G devices. The only part I can’t explain is why include the Galaxy A90 5G
on the list if it weren’t going to indicate the other 5G devices.
For the Galaxy Tab S6, I
also know that the Android 10 update will be rolled out to this device. So far,
this is the best Samsung tablet ever made and best Android tablet out there.
If your Samsung device
was made two years ago, just erase the thoughts of getting an official Android
10 update from Samsung.
