We made use of the Psiphon tunneling app to make the configuration part easy for users. We also posted the settings open so that users can port the settings from Android to other plaforms.
As i noted before, this trick is truly unlimited and doesn't need any social pack subscription, promo or subscription of any kind for it to work. You don't need to have data. All that is required is your Sim card and any tunneling app of your choice to apply the configurations.

Requirements:
1. Your Turkcell SIM card with zero data and call credit
2. An Android device, iOS or PC
3. Your Psiphon app or any tunneling app of your choice (Find link below)
4. The configuration settings
Procedures:
1. Ensure to use your default Access Point settings.
2. Click here to download Psiphon or any tunneler app of your choice.
3. Install the app and then open
4. Go to Options, and then click on More Options.
5. Now configure as instructed below:
Connect through an HTTP Proxy: Tick
Use the following settings: Tick it
Host Address: m.appmarket.com.tr or turkcell.com
Port: 8080 or 80
6. Return back and connect, and enjoy free Internet access on the Turkcell network.
