Infinix Mobility has officially unveiled the much awaited Note 6 phablet in the market, bringing ARCore capabilities and AI to give consumers a better user experience.
According to a tweet by Infinix Uganda, the Note 6 will be available in three colour option; Black, Blue and Rose Gold.
The new phablet which comes with a bigger battery, better processor, bigger display, and an upgraded sleek looking X-Pen is a bump up and successor to last year's Note 5 that was launched in June
The Inifinx Note 6 sports a 6-inch AMOLED full view display and is powered by a MediaTek P35 Octa-core processor accompanied by 4GB RAM. There's a 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD.
The device comes with Android 9 Pie straight out of the box and has a 4,000mAh battery size which claims can lat up to 3 days on a single charge.
At the camera department, the Note 6 device comes with a triple rear camera setup: 16MP primary sensor, 8MP wide angle lens and 2MP deep sensors. At the front, there's a 16MP sensor which is said to perform well even in a low light environment, and as well capable of shooting videos at 1080p.
The Infinix device was launched with the theme 'Genius' in reference to the phone's ARCore capabilities, AI tech and its upgraded X-Pen.
Other features includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.9, 3.5mm earphone jack, microUSB charging port (seriously? for a phone of such you guys can't go for the faster and safer USB Type-C port?), GPS, etc.
The Note 6 device for now is available in Uganda for UGX750,000 (about $203). The device will show up in other markets as the day passes by.
