Last year, Internet giant Google announced that it was going to shutdown the YouTube Gaming app at the end of March, 2019. However, Google decided to prolong the shut down data for two extra months.
Now, the Mountain View company is saying that the app will shutdown on May 30, which is just a few days from now.
"The YouTube Gaming app will go away on May 30, but you'll be able to find all of your favorite gaming videos in the YouTube main app at www.youtube.com/gaming," YouTube's support page read.
Google last year, moved the Gaming feature to the main YouTube app. Google explained that the popularity of YouTube Gaming was the reason why it decided to shutdown the app and migrate everything in one app.
"We want to continue to build a stronger home for the gaming community that thrives on YouTube, not just the YouTube Gaming app," YouTube support page said. "After May 2019, we'll retire the YouTube Gaming app and focus our gaming efforts across YouTube."
