Viber Latest Update Brings Dark Mode Feature To Its Android App, iOS Coming Soon

Following the new trend, cross platform voice over IP and instant messaging app Viber, has released a dark mode for the Viber app for Android, joining the likes of  Messenger, YouTube, Google Phone, Google contacts, Android Messages, Gboard, Google Maps and more

Unlike Facebook's Messenger that needs the user to send a crescent before the dark mode gets activated, Viber's latest update doesn't require such.

Viber said that the dark mode feature will also be coming to iOS, but in a few weeks time. Viber messaging service is available for free on Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
