Social network giant Facbook has secretly unveiled a free mobile payment service for Android and iOS to make ease to the buying and selling of items on its Marketplace.

Marketplace is Facebook's ground where people and businesses buy and sell items. Now that Facebook plans to add this important feature to Marketplace, the purchase of items and the entire Marketplace experience will become smoother and better than it previously was.

According to MobileWorld, the new mobile payment service which is already showing up in the  Facebook app for Android and iOS will allow users to pay for goods they buy through Marketplace.

The new payment option is now appearing, "Pay with Facebook" on some Facebook pages that sells different kinds of products. An example is the Marshmello Music.

From the screenshot above, you will see that the Pay with Facebook supports various payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard and even cryptocurrency.

For now, the Pay with Facebook of a thing is a bit complicated because the person who wants to purchase an item will have to send a request to the seller, who in return will have to accept or refuse the payment method and then send another payment method to the buyer.

Facebook hasn't made an announcement about this feature to the public which means the social network giant hasn't rolled it out completely for all sellers yet (and we can't guarantee that the social network will officially roll it out).

However, if Facebook eventually makes an official announcement about it, be rest assured that we will be among the first to let you know.
