An Indian Teenager has allegedly committed suicide after he had an argument with his family members on the new kind of phone to buy so as to enable him play battle royale game PUBG Mobile.
According to Gadget.NDTV, the 18-year-old who is a resident of Kurla's Nehru area of Mumbai, hanged himself when his family got him the opposite of what he asked of.
The teenager asked for a high-end smartphone so as to enable him play the online battle royale game which is the trend among teenagers in India today.

However, the boy's family refused to bow to his demands. The boy demanded for a phone which cost around Rs. 37,000 (roughly $515.43) but the family argued that he wouldn't be given any phone worth more than Rs. 20,000 (roughly $278.61)
Out of anger and frustration, the boy took his own life by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in the kitchen where his lived.
So far, a case of accidental death has been registered for the Indian boy by the police. A full investigation have been launched to know the cause of the death.
Battle royale game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds also known as PUBG is a game that involves 100 players fighting themselves where the last remaining surviving team or sole sole survivor emerges winner.
The game is very popular in the world and a hot topic among Indian teens. So many controversies have trailed the game in the country as it has been banned in some places on argument that it promotes violence and as well has been linked to poor performance of students in exams.
Last year, a young Indian man mistakenly shot his friend dead while role playing PUBG.
