Samsung has announced another version of the Chromebook Plus V2, but this time with LTE capability. The original Chromebook Plus V2 from Samsung had only WiFi option with no LTE.
The Chromebook Plus V2 LTE still retains the same specs with the original Chromebook Plus V2. These specs include a 12.2-inch full HD display with 300nits max brightness, 4GB RAM, 32GB SSD storage, Intel Celeron 3965Y processor, a 39Wh battery, a dedicated SD card slot and a stylus.
This Chromebook has a solid spec sheet and build quality. The LTE capability, large screen size, 360-hinge and energy efficient processor are those things that will lure customers to purchase it.
Samsung isn't the only one to release a convertible a PC running Chrome operating system. The Google Pixel slate has similar features and costs the same amount. Though the Google Pixel Slate doesn't have LTE capability.
The Chromebook Plus V2 LTE is scheduled for launch on November 2, and will be for $599.99. Now thats a $100 difference between it the WiFi version of the Chromebook Plus V2. Orders can be made at Samsung.com, Best Buy, and Verizon.
