Samsung electronics recently launched its much awaited flagship device, the Galaxy Note 9. However, heavy traffic arising from the pre-order of the device seems to have taken the website offline.
According to the Inquirer, as at the time of their report, Samsung's online store for the Galaxy Note 9 had gone offline. when a visitor try to access the company's online shop, the user will see a "maintenance" being displayed on the site.
"Uh oh, looks like this page is currently under maintenance, Sorry!", the message on the website read.
However, its still unclear if the demand for the new flagship is to be blamed for the down time of the website.
The Galaxy Note 9 spec many functionality such as the new Bluetooth enabled S Pen, Massive storage capacity which is up to 1TB (plus MicroSD card), new way to access DeX, a hefty battery size of 4000mAH and Water Carbon Cooling system for the device.
Pre-orders are currently on, and Samsung will begin shipment of the device on 24 August, 2018.
