Google G Suite users will enjoy support for over 28 languages and even add up to 8,000 members of a team in any Hangouts Chat room. Also, the app offers a whole lot of customization features to suite users need.
One of such options allows developers to install bots with integrated services into the app to work with Google partners. These Google partners includes UberConference, Salseforce, Xero, RingCentral, Trello, Kayak, Wrike and Zenefits.
Google's Hangouts Chat is new in the collaboration market and will be facing stiff resistance from the likes of Microsoft Teams and Slack who respectively holds 37% and 5% shares of the market.
With these, Google's Hangout Chat target is the runner-up spot which put them at direct competition with Slack. However, Slack won't be easily shaken as the communication has established itself a solid spot as a collaboration tool on iOS, Android, and Windows phone. Slack has a cloud-based collaboration tool support for the above mentioned OS, and as of now, Slack is the only collaboration tool on the Apple Watch.
