Requirements:
1.  Your Jazz Simcard with zero data balance
2. An Android, iPhone device, PC or whatever OS platform that has a tunneling app.
3.  Psiphon Pro V164 or any above
4. Patience

Procedures: 
1. Use default access point configurations
2. Ensure to download Psiphon Pro V164 or any above (its very important)
3. Install and then open it
4. Now configure it this way:
     Proxy type: host or dual real host
     Proxy Server: dcl.developmenthouse.net
     now Save and connect and enjoy free unlimited internet
5. On other tunnelers, apply similar settings and connect

Important: This trick has been tested and so far it works for those using Psiphon pro V164 or above. On some sim card, sometimes it takes a while for it connect though if it takes longer than normal, switch your server and reconnect and leave it for about 4-5 mins
