The Leominster police have arrested a young man for allegedly stabbing his elder brother, Nathan,23, to death after the two got into a heated argument over which devices was slowing down the speed of the wifi in their family home.
According to news reports, 20-year-old Timothy who stabbed his brother is being held and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Police reports say that the two got into a heated argument over which device was slowing down the wifi but the argument later escalated and got physical when Nathan repeatedly punched Timothy in the face and head. Interim police Chief Goldman who spoke little and declined to offer past information about past incidents between family members claimed the two brothers have had a long history of violence between them.
"There was some violence in the past," the Police Chief said. "We are not going to discuss anything in detail."
One of Nathan's friends, Kevin Cwikla told BuzzFeed News that Nathan spent a lot of time online playing Call of Duty and also pointed out that the brothers had "argued in the past, very extreme" and "never ever thought it would come to this."
