Remember KickassTorrents? Well the pirate site is back and running. If you recall back, the pirate site was shut down in July 2016 following the arrest of their alleged founder Artem Vaulin.
Today the torrent
site was re-launched by a couple of ex-staffers who promised to bring the
Torrent site back to its former glory.

“We have all our uploaders on board and they continued to
share tirelessly even before the torrent engines returned. The torrent
community can continue to expect to see uploads from all the names they know and
trust,” the KATcr crew said.
The KATcr team went
on to say that it took them long to rebuild and make a strong come back so that
they could keep members safe, hinting that member’s safety comes first.
While KickassTorrents
was gone, many torrent sites sprung up but still majority were shut down. The
remaining sites had few legitimate mirrors while others were just some
malicious copycats who only tried to steal credit card credentials and other
vital information data from unsuspecting users.

Artem Vaulin, founder of the old torrent site
is currently being prosecuted by the US authorities. Only time would tell if
the US would come after the re-incarnated torrent site or not. You can click here to visit the new site, in case it doesn’t load refresh it and try it again
because the site is experiencing a huge traffic surge.
