Facebook offers its users so many features but downloading videos is not one of them. What about Instagram, yes you can download the video but must it carried out through some crappy app? How about you need the video but at the same time don't want to download any app to do that.

Follow this simple steps for each social media platform
Facebook:
1. Copy the URL of the video that you want to download and then paste it in a new tab
2. Now put m before the Facebook so as to make it appear in mobile style. Lets say that your given link was www.web.facebook.com or www.facebook.com, make yours to appear this way www.m.facebook.com

3. Now click on the link to load. When it loads this time it would appear in mobile view.
4. Drag your cursor and then right click on the video and then click on "save video as" to download the video. Sometime when you do this, the option wont come up so you might have to play the video and then you right click on it then save the video.
Instagram:
There are so many ways to download Instagram videos on the web but i would just mention two sites which are savedeo.com and instadown.com.
Now simply copy any of the above links and paste them in a browser, now copy the link to the video that you want to download and then paste it in the tab from those Instagram download sites. Now click on download or enter key on your computer system to get the videos.
